Our bespoke jewellery design service allows you, the customer, to create your own unique piece of jewellery especially for you or a loved one.

We also have our Bespoke Re-Loved Collection utilising recycled gold and gemstones into one-of-a-kind pieces ready for you to take home.

Design Service

Our bespoke jewellery design service allows you, the customer, to create your own unique piece of jewellery especially for you or a loved one.

Step 1 - The Ideas

At your no obligation consultation, we will work with you to understand your concept and needs. This includes collaborating on sketches, sourcing inspiration, and having a conversation about your thoughts. We can also discuss working to a budget you have in mind and sourcing diamonds or gemstones.

Step 2 - The Design

After understanding your preferences, our professional design team will create your design model using CAD (computer aided design) software. This means you can view a full 3D design of your item. At your viewing appointment, we can discuss any alterations or changes before finalizing your design.

Step 3 - The Production

Once your design has been approved by you, our expert master jewellers will begin to create your piece. Our jewellers only use the highest quality materials and tools to meet our exacting quality control standards. We’ll keep in touch with you throughout so you can look forward to your one-of-a-kind jewellery design.

Please include as much information as possible including any images, website links, diamond specification and metal choice. If you're not sure of these yet, don't worry. Our design team will be able to guide you on the right choice for you.

As part of our efforts to improve sustainability within the jewellery industry, all gold used in our bespoke pieces is 100% recycled gold. This circular approach to our materials used means we can consider the entire lifecycle of our jewellery.
