Postage & Delivery

We will post out jewellery up to the value of £2,500.00. Your item will be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm and will require a signature upon arrival at your chosen destination. We only deliver to UK addresses and we will send you an e-mail confirmation upon dispatch. We endeavour to get orders out within 48 business working hours of full payment. Any orders placed on a Friday/Saturday will be sent the following Monday.

Items being altered or special ordered will have a small delay in dispatching, but we will always advise of the delivery date.

Due to their value, any items Over £2,500 are collection only.

Click & Collect

We offer a Click & Collect service in our Lincoln Store. Simply choose Click & Collect at checkout. Once payment has been made we will parcel your item, ready for you to collect by showing us a valid confirmation email and a form of ID.
