We offer a full no quibble, money back guarantee on all online purchases* except earrings which are non-refundable due to hygeine reasons. You must contact us within seven days to discuss a return or an exchange, and return the item within fourteen days. The item must be returned in the condition you received it in with its original packaging, tag intact, and receipt, in order to receive a full refund. The only cost to you would be the return shipping.

All final clearance sale items purchased online must be returned within seven days to be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund. The item(s) must be returned in the condition you received it in along with its original packaging, tag, and receipt. The only cost to you is return shipping. Any final clearance items purchased in store cannot be returned or refunded.
